FD100, FD600 AND FD620

Increase the speed and accuracy of your moisture determinations with the FD range of moisture balances.

The FD range provides features such as optional weight sampling and the newly developed Auto Tare function found in upper end models, thus making them a practical and extremely efficient range of moisture balances.

There are three models to select from, FD100, FD600 and FD620.

FEATURES

  • Moisture content, sample weight, temperature, and drying time are all displayed on an easy to read LCD display

  • The large pan allows the sample to be spread thinly for faster drying time.

  • The FD100 has a long life high efficiency sheated ceramic heater which reduces measurement error normally caused by uneven heating or burning of the sample.

  • No need to weigh sample, use any amount between 5 and 70 grams, simply load sample and press start

  • The FD100 has a fast drying mode which reduces the time required for measurement by performing the drying operation at high speed.

  • The FD range has an Auto Tare function which automatically raises and lowers the sample pan to eliminate drift so that it is constantly maintained at the zero point and thus makes highly precise measurement possible

  • The FD100 and FD620 feature an auto measurement mode in which the unit stops automatically when constant weight is reached, thus saving valuable energy.

  • Veiwing window to see sample during operation

  • The preset temperature and time are automatically maintained even when the unit is switched off

  • These fully automatic balances will sound a buzzer at the completion of the test

  • The FD100 has an output for printer as standard, RS232C is optional

  • The FD620 has an RS232C interface as standard for connecting to an optional printer or computer
