DEFINITION
A revolving cylinder is slowed down by the viscosity of the sample in which the former is immersed. The apparatus consists of a revolving cylinder driven by a motor with adjustable speeds. The deflection obtained with a given speed and cylinder is directly related to the viscosity.

Each tester (except Cone / Plate viscometer) is delivered complete in a carrying case with set of spindles, stand, reading charts for analogical models and instructions for use. The LV versions are delivered with 4 spindles and the RV, HA and HB ones with 7 spindles.
