SPECIFICATION
The NSF 420 is built in accordance with current standards. Moreover the flexible software can be easily updated to fulfil new standard requirement.
The NSF 420 can operate either CFPP or siimulated Filter Plugging Point but can also combine these two methods by setting in cooling and pressure slopes as well as stages associated with.
The instrument is made of 2 independent units which can operate simultaneously 2 different methods. An external cryostate with an operating range between -80°C to + 20°C is required to provide cooling medium.
Outside test periods, jackets remain at the ambient temperature in order to save cold. An automatic washing system is also available in order to clean up pipets, filters and tubing without dismantling.
Thanks to a matrix printer delivered with the NSF 420, bar-graphs and numeric test results can be automatically printed after the test.
The software allows to define safety parameters, to calibrate through the keyboard, to visualize and print out software parameters as well as a configuration report which provides traceability in an ISO 9000 procedure environment.
Multi parameter C.E. labelled NSF 410, dual unit with 3 pre-set and programmable methods: natural (CFPP), programmed (SFPP) or controlled (CFPP+) ramps with linear decrease of temperature of the bath and sample - Control by digital display and tactile keyboard, display in French/English and °C/°F, graphical printing of result with barograph and standardized RS232C port.
REF. 51052
The NTL 452 allows automatic determination of cold filter plugging
point. This double-unit analyser is equiped with an integrated cooling unit
(+30 to - 70 °C). Monitoring is achieved by Windows (c) friendly software.
REF. 51051
Same as 51052 but single place.
