LOW TEMPERATURE BATH CIRCULATOR

The TLC2 is recently developed especially to be used with a TV2000 or TV4000 viscometer baths. This combination enables extremely stable "TV" -bath temperatures down to 10�C. Instead of using the TLC2 as a cooling circulator (and i.e. replacing tapwater) it can of course also be used as a low temperature thermostatic bath. The bath itself is 15 mm deep, contains 5.5 litres of fluid and the bath opening is 100*150mm and provided with a lid. Due to its special design the system is extremely quit and compact, saving costly laboratory space

Cooling medium
The cooling system inside the TLC 2 is ozone friendly and doesn't contain any CFK/HCFK gas.

Control mechanism
The TLC 2 combines a wide temperature range and a maintenance free -long life- cooling system. Accurate temperature regulation is provided by a microprocessor controlled PID system also enabling an Autotune function for optimum setting of the temperature regulation. The cooling system provides rapid cooling down of the 5.5 ltrs bath contence.

Span
The working temperature range is : -10 to +100�C / 14..212�F

Accuracy
The setpoint can be set in steps of 0,1�K. The overall system accuracy is �0,1�K. Temperature readout in 0,1�K

Pump
A pressure pump provides circulation in the bath or via an external circuit. The pressure of the pump is 300 mBar at 7,5 ltrs per minute.

Safety
The bath conforms CE regulation. It is further equiped with a mechanical adjustable and resettable safety thermostat.
