  • Rigid stainless steel test frame with adjustable height cross-head


  • Pneumatic actuator with 3/2 solenoid valve (14 kN maximum static load)

  • Pneumatic pressure control system including:
    � Voltage-pressure (V/P) converter
    � 10L reservoir
    � Filters and shut-off valve

  • Load transducer (20kN capacity)

  • Acquisition and control system comprising:
    � Power supplies
    � Signal conditioning for load transducer, 2 thermocouples and 2 displacement transducers (optional 2 additional displacement transducers)
    � Outputs for solenoid valve and V/P converter
    � Multifunction high speed, 16 bit analogue to digital, 12 bit digital to analogue and digital inputoutput card for computer control of system (National Instruments)

    NOTE:
    1. The NAT requires a compressor with the following minimum specifications: 7bar, 14cfm and 150ltr receiver.

    2. The CRT-NAT5 system software runs under Windows 2000/NT/XP.
