CRT-SA4PT-BFAT. Stand alone four point bending beam fatigue system comprising:

  • Pneumatic actuator with pneumatic servo-valve and integral displacement transducer (5 kN Dynamic Load)

  • Load transducer (±5 kN capacity)

  • Acquisition and control system comprising:

    • Power supplies

    • Signal conditioning for load transducer, displacement transducer, and Actuator LVDT

    • Digital signal processor control unit for high speed data acquisition and PID control of servovalve

    • High speed, real-time controller, 16bit analogue to digital, 16bit digital to analogue and digital input-output unit for closed loop computer control of system (Adwin)

  • Pneumatic fittings including filter, regulator and tubing

    Note:

    1. The actuator will operate at frequencies up to 100 Hz, but at this frequency load is low.

    2. The CRT-SA4PT-BFAT system software runs under Windows 2000/NT/XP.

    3. The CRT-SA4PT-BFAT can be run from a desktop or laptop computer. This needs to be specified at purchase.
